Faberry Week : First time Rachel kissed the Beast

The Beast was getting sleepy, Rachel’s voice lulling her. She was reading her favourite book -the one where the princess meets the prince but doesn’t know it till chapter 3- before the fireplace, cuddled in Quinn’s massive and fluffy form. Long ago was the time where she feared the Beast, who actually was a golden heart beneath fangs and claws.
Rachel felt her cuddle partner shift forward, Quinn was falling asleep, book tightly trapped in her paws. Smiling the Beauty turned around and combed some golden mane before setting her hand on the Beast cheek.
Quinn woke up feeling something soft on her muzzle, really soft. And moving. Something that belonged to Rachel’s face… Something that was Rachel’s lips.
Oh God.
Sometimes they would go out and, after walking for a few hours, Rachel would hop on Quinn’s neck, the Beast suddenly bolting through the forest and valleys surrounding the castle. Rachel loved the thrill of speed as they rushed in the snow, her laugh bringing the winter to life.
Rachel’s caring stokes were numbing the alcohol induced pain as she bandaged her shin. This was the last wound of a long list, the wolves did some damages after all.
The beauty was feeling Quinn’s intense stare and shifted slightly, looking up for a brief second, brown melting into feral hazel. The Beast looked away, embarrassed, before letting her eyes settle on the young woman once again.
” - T-Thank you…
- Stop. I should be the one thanking you. I owe you my life after all… So… thank you for saving me. ” She said, looking at the wound, wincing at the sight.
She had been stupid for runing away like that. It was her fault the Beast was hurt. Inside and out. Why did she have to be so curious all the time ?
I’m never stopping drawing these…
The last events were a blur in Quinn’s mind. First she was about to throw that huge snowball at Rachel but the girl went ahead of her by throwing a snowball herself and now the Best was sitting in the snow like a fool and couldn’t see a thing.
Just because the amazing darklight-angel-45 on Deviantart decided to make a fanfic inspired by my Beauty and The Beast Faberry I decided to draw some ;____;
The fic is called Unpretty, and there’s just one chapter for now :)

“C’mon Rach. It’s all just fur, it’ll go away when spring comes around.
- No. Quinn. It’s no just fur. I’m sure this thing is alive. A living mass of hairs. They are just everywhere !
- Well… yeah, I’m losing some since it’s starting to get warmer…
-Then I shall accelerate the process by cuting it. I don’t want to find myself dying by choking on hairs…
